How can I pay for my order?
Payment with cards enabled for online purchases
We accept most global cards, including credit, debit and prepaid cards from Visa , Mastercard , American Express and others. We also accept international Visa and Mastercard cards, as long as they are approved by our anti-fraud system.
Cash on delivery
You can pay directly to the courier in cash upon delivery. The service has a supplement of €8.00, to be paid to the courier. For shipments in the Naples and Caserta areas, the supplement is €5.00 and €7.00 respectively.
Payment with PayPal
Purchase quickly and securely using your PayPal account.
Note: Payments via PayPal are only available for certain countries. During the checkout process, PayPal will be visible as an option for customers from supported countries.
Entro quanto ricevo l’ordine?
Una volta confermato il pagamento, prepariamo il tuo ordine con cura entro 1-4 giorni lavorativi.
La spedizione dipende dal corriere scelto e dalla destinazione, ma generalmente riceverai il pacco entro 2/3 giorni lavorativi.
Appena il tuo ordine viene spedito, ti invieremo il numero di tracciamento così potrai seguire ogni passo fino all’arrivo.

Qual'è la differenza tra Grado A e B?
Risposta: I nostri articoli vintage vengono classificati in base allo stato di conservazione:
• Grado A: Pezzi in ottime condizioni, praticamente come nuovi o con segni d’uso minimi e impercettibili. Perfetti per chi cerca un capo o un oggetto vintage autentico senza alcuna imperfezione evidente.
• Grado B: Articoli con segni d’uso visibili ma comunque in buone condizioni. Possono avere piccole imperfezioni, leggere scoloriture o segni del tempo, che aggiungono carattere e autenticità al pezzo.
In entrambi i casi, ogni articolo viene selezionato con cura e descritto accuratamente, così sai esattamente cosa stai acquistando.

Vintage Box Warranty?
It's not possible to return vintage boxes, but Doema will cover you with its insurance on selected items!
We select hundreds of items every day to ensure the highest quality for each of our customers, but unfortunately, sometimes something can slip through our fingers...
If you find any items in your box with defects (severe wear, holes, stains), don't hesitate to contact us. Send us photos and we'll replace them immediately.

No, the vintage boxes we offer vary in size, weight and contents . Each box is customized based on your style preferences and available items. Depending on your selection, the weight and quantity of items may vary, but each box is designed to offer a unique and quality experience.
